Binding 101
In this class we will go over 3 basic binding options: straight grain sewn with your machine, straight grain with a hand sewn back, and bias binding. Bring (3) 10" -12" quilted squares, .25m of fabric for straight grain binding and minimum 10" square for bias cut binding.

The Bag Making Series - Small Purse or Backpack
Use whatever materials inspire you to create either a small backpack or purse. We will be using the Bruges pattern from Little Lizard King (pattern is not included in class cost and must be purchased and printed prior to class). New skills: zipper by the meter and using hardware.

Learn to sew or grow your skills in this mixed class! For the beginners we will discuss your machine and teach you the basics of sewing. Through the course of class time students will make a pin cushion and pajama pants! For the Intermediates they are free to choose the project of their choice and grow their skills. We recommend choosing a project that introduces a new skill like zippers or buttons!

Through the course of class time students will make a pin cushion and pajama pants! For the Intermediates they are free to choose the project of their choice and grow their skills.
